退貨與換貨政策 / Returns & Exchanges

所有銷售均為最終交易 / All Sales Are Final

我們的產品多為訂製生產(Made-to-Order)。一旦進入生產流程,訂單將無法取消,且油漆與樣本色板通常不接受退貨或退款。
Our products are made-to-order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, and paints & sample swatches are generally non-returnable.

提示 / Tip:我們強烈建議先購買色板(sample swatch)以確認顏色,避免因螢幕顯示造成的色差問題。
We highly recommend purchasing a sample swatch to confirm color before ordering.

顏色差異說明 / Color Variations

數位顏色受螢幕設定、亮度與環境光影影響,可能與實際油漆顏色略有不同。色板由我們製作以盡量貼近成品色,但仍建議於實際空間確認後下單。
Digital color displays may vary from actual paint colors due to screen settings and lighting. Sample swatches approximate final color—please verify in your space.

產品瑕疵或錯誤 / Defective or Incorrect Products

若您收到的產品有錯色、破損或其他品質問題,請在收貨後 7 天內以書面(電子郵件)通知我們,我們會協助檢查並提供更換或補救方案(例如補寄或發放購物金)。

If your order arrives with incorrect color, damage, or defect, notify us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery for resolution.

配送損壞 / Damage on Delivery

若收貨時包裝有明顯嚴重破損,建議當下拒收並立即聯絡客服,以便安排替換或索賠程序。
If packages show visible severe damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately for replacement.

未收到商品 / Product Not Received

若訂單為「無需簽收」(No Signature Required) 且物流系統顯示已送達但您未收到,我們將協助調查並可選擇補寄或發放購物金一次。
For No Signature Required deliveries that show as delivered but not received, we will investigate and may replace or issue store credit once.

換貨政策 / Exchanges

除非雙方另有書面約定或特殊情況(例如產品瑕疵經確認),所有訂單在交付後視為最終銷售,恕不接受一般性換貨。
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or in confirmed defect cases, all sales are final upon receipt and general exchanges are not accepted.

如何申請 / How to Claim

  1. 請將您的訂單編號、購買日期、問題描述(含照片)寄至 support@clearlivingtw.com
  2. 我們收到後會在 2 個工作日內回覆並告知後續處理步驟(補寄、換貨或其他補救方案)。
  3. 如需退件檢驗或物流追蹤,我們會協助您完成必要的步驟。

Please email order number, date, description & photos to support@clearlivingtw.com. We will respond within 2 business days.

運費與其他 / Shipping & Other

運費通常不予退還(除非因我們的發貨錯誤或確定為商品品質問題而需補寄)。如有疑問請聯絡客服。
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment error or product defect is confirmed.
